How We’re Closing the Skills Gap at Skilled Trades Partners

 

Among all the things that can be done to close the skills gap, we’ve deemed supporting students learning the trades as one that’s most important to us. This year, we started an initiative called Rock the Voc where we give back to vocational schools by donating $1,000 worth of new tools to their classroom. Doing this allows students to learn new skills that they may not have had the opportunity to before, and also opens up doors for local outreach.
