What roles can I hire through Rapid Hire?

How do I pay?

You’ve got two fast options:

  • ACH (preferred) – Ask your STP rep for routing info
  • Credit Card – We’ll send over an authorization for

Checks by mail are not accepted for Rapid Hire.

Who pays the employee?

Once they start, the hire goes on your payroll.

Who pays for drug testing, OSHA, or background checks?

If your job requires anything beyond our standard vetting, like OSHA certs, detailed background checks, or drug testing, that cost is covered by you. We’ll process it through a credit card.

Can I test someone out before hiring full-time?

Yes! We recommend it. You can “try before you buy” with a 3-week (120-hour) working trial before converting to a full-time hire. It gives both sides a solid feel for the fit.

What if the hire doesn’t work out?

No worries. You’re covered. We offer a 14-day replacement guarantee – no extra cost. If we can’t fill it within 60 days, we’ll credit you back on a prorated basis. As long as you are within contract terms.
